Nilanthi Jayasinghe

Nilanthi Jayasinghe is an accomplished entrepreneur and travel industry professional with over two decades of experience in aviation, leisure travel, corporate travel management, tourism, sales, and marketing. She is the Founder and Managing Director of N-Connection Pvt Ltd, an IATA-accredited travel management company established in 2019, providing comprehensive travel solutions including airline reservations, holidays, cruises, hotels, visas, and corporate travel services.
Holding an MBA in Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Nilanthi combines strategic business leadership with extensive industry expertise gained through her career with international airlines and leading travel organizations. She has received professional training in both the United Kingdom and the United States, strengthening her capabilities in global travel management and customer service excellence.
In addition to N-Connection, she founded Extensive Ceylon Pvt Ltd, a boutique destination management company specializing in inbound tourism to Sri Lanka, with a particular focus on the Danish and Irish markets. Her commitment to personalized service, strong global partnerships, and customer-centric solutions has earned her a respected reputation within the travel industry.
Nilanthi has been recognized for her contributions to the industry through several prestigious awards, including Travel Influencer of the Year 2024 and Business Woman of the Year 2025. She is also an active member and former President of the BNI Inspire Chapter, where she has demonstrated leadership in business networking and professional development.
