These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by N-Connection (Pvt) Ltd ("N-Connection," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Sri Lanka specializing in corporate travel management and luxury cruise services. By engaging our services or using our website at nconnection.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
N-Connection provides the following travel-related services:
- Corporate travel management and booking
- Group, incentive, and conference travel coordination
- Luxury and expedition cruise bookings
- Visa and documentation handling
- Global hotel and accommodation sourcing
- Travel reporting and spend analysis
- Pre/post-cruise hotel coordination
- Travel insurance advisory
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and visa processing authorities. We are not the direct provider of these services unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm any reservation.
- Where installment plans (12 or 24 months) are offered, specific terms and interest rates will be outlined in a separate agreement.
- Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and paid for.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airline, cruise line, hotel, etc.). N-Connection will inform you of the applicable cancellation terms before confirming your booking.
- N-Connection's own service fee is non-refundable once the booking process has commenced.
- Refunds from third-party providers are subject to their individual terms and timelines. N-Connection will facilitate refund requests on your behalf but does not guarantee third-party refund outcomes.
- Any cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@nconnection.net.
5. Travel Documents & Visa
- It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their journey.
- While N-Connection provides visa and documentation handling services, we do not guarantee the approval of any visa or travel permit application.
- N-Connection shall not be liable for any losses arising from denied entry, deportation, or failure to carry proper documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. N-Connection can provide insurance advisory services but is not an insurance provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
- N-Connection acts as an agent and intermediary. We shall not be held liable for any act, omission, default, injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the services of third-party providers including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or tour operators.
- We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
- Our total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the service fees charged by N-Connection for the specific booking in question.
8. IATA Compliance
N-Connection is an IATA-accredited agency operating under strict financial and operational standards, with weekly BSP settlements and direct access to global airline inventories. All airline bookings are processed in accordance with IATA regulations and guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the N-Connection website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and branding — is the property of N-Connection (Pvt) Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
11. Changes to These Terms
N-Connection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
